Manon Portera is an interior architect and lecturer in the Interior Architecture Department at HEAD – Genève. She holds a BA in Interior Architecture from HEAD – Genève and an MA in Space Design from Konstfack, University of Arts, Crafts, and Design, Stockholm. Portera is co-founder of the interior architecture firm apropå, which deals with material and light design using a sustainable approach by promoting natural light and the use of local materials. Her interest in the sustainable practice of interior architecture has led her to work with Rotor, a collective in Brussels with whom she has also taught at the Royal College of Art in London.
